When you have selected the item or items of interest and have added all items to your cart by clicking on the Add to
Cart button you can view your order status by clicking on the View Cart button at the bottom of each page. Your
payment will be accepted through PayPal even without becoming a PayPal member. Thank you for your interest.

If you place an order and do not hear back from us within 24 hours, it means your email address was mistyped or is not
working. Please contact us and provide an alternative email address where we can reach you.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments and eChecks through PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This
means, you can complete your payment first and then decide whether or not to save your information in a PayPal
account for future purchases. For more information, you can visit www.paypal.com.

We will also accept personal checks via snail mail, but we'll have to wait for the check to clear before sending out the
shipment. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us and we'll email you the information. Sorry, we are unable
to take phone orders at this time.

U.S. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Once a credit card payment is made, your order will be shipped out within the next 1-3 business days (custom orders
may take 3-5 days longer). eCheck payments take about 4 business days to clear and Personal checks can take up to 2
weeks to clear before we can send the shipment.

You may choose 2-5 Business Days USPS Standard Domestic shipping. The package will be insured and it will include
a Delivery Confirmation number you can track online. (Free standard domestic shipping on all orders 50 dollars or
more!) Or you may choose 1-2 Business Days USPS Express Domestic shipping. The package will be insured and you
will be able to track it online.

We will email your tracking number as soon as we return from the post office, so you'll know approximately when to
expect your delivery.

For large quantity orders, please contact us first. Some pieces cannot be duplicated and depending on the dollar
amount, additional insurance may need to be purchased. We do not offer quantity discounts.

Phat Phingers is not responsible for unclaimed packages that are returned to us. We are also not responsible for
packages that are returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address, so please make sure the shipping address
you provide is correct. If your package is returned to us and you'd like us to resend it, you will have to pay for the
shipping and handling cost again. No refunds will be given.

PRIVACY POLICY:
